Our dream is to share our fresh baked cookies with people all over the country while continuing to build our local business in our home town of Baltimore, Maryland.

Here are a few tips to get you started...

1.  Don't just dream about it - Be about it

Dreams don't come true by sitting on the couch and thinking about them.  You have to take action to achieve your goals.  

2.  Believe in yourself  

Don't ever put yourself down or beat yourself up. Failure is an essential part of growth so don't give up. If you stumble, get right back up and try again. Tell yourself you can do anything you put your mind to.

3.  Don't be afraid to ask for help

Most successful people didn't end up that way completely on their own. Don't be too proud to ask for help from a friend or neighbor whether your goal is to start your own business or just be a more engaged parent. Life is busy so give yourself permission to get some help from others to get where you want to go. Just be grateful and don't take advantage!

4.  Be flexible and allow yourself to make mistakes

This is not the first time The Great Cookie set out to achieve our goal of expanding our business across the country. We've had successes and also made some mistakes. The key is to learn from everything you do and we at the Great Cookie are committed to learn every day from our loyal fans and customers!
