Cookie Gift FAQs

When will my order be baked and shipped?  
Your cookies or customer cookie cakes will be baked and shipped the day you place your order if the order is placed if by 2 p.m. ET Monday-Friday, unless you have specified an arrival date that requires the order to be baked on a future date. Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET will be baked and shipped out of our facility on the following business day. You may select the estimated date you would like your order to arrive in our shopping cart. We ship via UPS and offer several shipping transit times for your convenience.
Can I order a corporate gift far in advance to arrive on a particular day?
Sure thing! Be sure to specify the day that you want your gift to arrive in our shopping cart checkout as we use UPS which estimates the day of delivery based on the shipping method you choose.  You can contact us to discuss the shipping details if you have a bulk order,  questions or special requirements.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
How do I know if my package was delivered?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  You may use that number to track the order on
Can I send my gift list on an existing spreadsheet?
If your information is clear and concise, feel free to send it on your existing spreadsheet. We will alert you if there is a problem which would require you to fill out our spreadsheet.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
We have been making customers happy since 1979. Please call us at 800-299-1131 or email us at if you are dissatisfied for any reason and we will do our best to assist you. Please note, however, that once the package has left our hands and is in the USP hands, the handling/delivery of that order is out of our control.
What areas do you ship to?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the United States.
Can I specify an exact arrival date?
You can, however, we are not in complete control and rely on the UPS to deliver the package. You may choose an arrival date in our shopping cart at checkout.  These arrival dates are estimated and provided directly from the UPS website based on your shipping location.  While there are certain things outside of our control like traffic and the weather, UPS does a great job and it is unusual for there to be a delivery problem if the address supplied is correct. Depending on the situation, it is usually better to allow yourself an extra day just in case.
Does the recipient need to sign for the package?
No, the UPS may leave the gift without signature confirmation.  To be sure that the gift is delivered promptly, it is best to have the gift sent to an address that will have someone available to sign when usps is likely to deliver.
