The Great Cookie ships all custom cookie cakes and cookies via UPS or USPS and offers USPS 1/2/3 service depending on zip code, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS Second Day and UPS Next Day service. Saturday delivery is available through USPS shipping options only. The Great Cookie ships on Business days Monday—Friday, excluding holidays. Unless you specify a specific delivery date on your order, all orders placed by 2 p.m. ET Monday-Friday will be baked fresh and shipped that day. All orders placed after 2 p.m. ET will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be baked fresh and shipped on the following Monday or on the appropriate day depending on the requested delivery date. You can see estimated arrival dates based on the shipping method you choose in our shopping cart. This information is taken directly from UPS.com or USPS.com and transit times are estimated. The Great Cookie does not guarantee delivery dates and cannot control certain delays due to weather or other factors causing shipping carrier delays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which shipping method you chose during checkout as well as a tracking number to track your package via the UPS website.
We offer three methods for shipping your orders from www.thegreatcookie.com:
UPS Ground/USPS Priority
- 3 to 8 business days
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET Monday- Friday usually ship same day with approximately 3-7 business days for transit with UPS or 1-3 business days with USPS
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. Monday- Friday please allow 1 business day for processing and approximately 3 to 7 days for transit.
UPS Second Day
- 2-3 business days
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET Monday-Friday usually ship same day and arrive within two business days.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. Monday- Friday please allow 1 business day for processing and approximately 2 days for transit.
UPS Next Day
- 1-2 business days
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET Monday-Friday usually ship same day and arrive the following business day.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET Monday- Friday usually ship the following business day and transit time includes 1 day for processing and 1 day for transit.
Return / Refund Policy
Because our products are perishable, all sales are ﬁnal. The Great Cookie will be happy to replace any item in the unlikely event that the product is damaged or spoiled during transit. We ask that you inspect the contents of your order as soon as they arrive to make sure that it meets your satisfaction.
The Great Cookie is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of the recipient to receive the package on the date that you specify. We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier at anytime. Please understand that we are not in complete control of the delivery process through third parties such as USPS and UPS and once the package leaves our hands you may track your package at UPS.com with the routing number which will be provided to you via email once your package is shipped. We are not responsible for delays due to weather or other similar circumstances that cause delays to all customers in a particular geography. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
