Can I order a corporate gift far in advance to arrive on a particular day?

Sure thing! Specify the day that you want your gift to arrive and we will discuss the best shipping choice.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

UPS requires a street address on every package they deliver and is not allowed to deliver to Post Office Boxes...

How do I know if my package was delivered?

We will send you a shipping confirmation on every individual order that is sent.

Can I send my gift list on an existing spreadsheet?

If your information is clear and concise, feel free to send it on your existing spreadsheet. We will alert you if there is a problem which would require you to fill out our spreadsheet.

What if I am not satisfied with my product?

We have been making customers happy since 1979. Please call us or email us if you are dissatisfied for any reason.

What areas do you ship to?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the United States.

What time of the day will my package arrive?

UPS can deliver early am by 8:30, standard morning delivery by 10:30 and in the afternoon by 3:00. Typically they will deliver to businesses first, and then to residential addresses.

Can I specify an exact arrival date?

Yes! While there are certain things outside of our control like traffic and the weather, UPS does a great job and it is unusual for there to be a delivery problem if the address supplied is correct. Depending on the situation, it is usually better to allow yourself an extra day just in case.

Does the recipient need to sign for the package?

UPS may leave the gift without signature confirmation or may require a signature, depending on the location. It is up to the driver’s discretion. To be sure that the gift is delivered promptly, it is best to have the gift sent to an address that will have someone available to sign when UPS is likely to deliver.

Where do you ship from?

Our bakery is located in Baltimore, Maryland.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order ships out. When you receive an e-mail confirmation, you will know your order has been shipped.
